Moorings are processed through our town office. All renewals will be mailed out before boating season commences. Typically around April/May time.
All resident (Newcastle, Damariscotta & Nobleboro) mooring fees is $50
Non-resident (all other towns & states) mooring fees is $200
All moorings are allowed a dinghy sticker & a parking permit (parking permits require a license plate number)
Receiving a dinghy stick ONLY is allowed for a $35 fee only after the Harbor Masters approval.
All new mooring requests MUST be approved by the Harbor Master. All moorings are required to have a top and below water inspection annually. If you have a mooring and you no longer wish to own it anymore, the harbor master and front office needs to have documentation of transferred ownership before releasing the mooring to a new owner.
